Latest stats show house market continues to improve
This year has been branded “the year of the first time buyer” by the popular property listing site Rightmove. Government initiatives coupled with more new properties coming to the market means that 2016 will be one of the easiest years to get on the property market in comparison with recent times.
Fresh supply of property means more house removals in Sheffield
According to most recent figures there is more new build houses coming to the market now than there has been at any point since the credit crunch in 2008. The average cost of a house in England and Wales now sites at £299,287, which is higher than the previous record in October 2015.
